The alliance of the "Military and Federal Republics of Europe" is an alliance for nations that have European ethnicity, which would like to become a strong military influence, into one alliance. There are very little restrictions to who you can attack, and aid will be offered to nations that join. If you have very little money and are having a hard time making it, an imediate start up pack will be issued to you. I have a full list of what will be offered in the forum.
