The Confederation of Canada

A Mari usque ad Mare - From Sea to Sea

Canada.png

The Confederation of Canada is based around the time Canada became a commonwealth nation within the British Empire (1867) to the potential "end" of Imperialism (1918). We are based around national pride and peaceful prosperity, just as every other alliance claims to be. Although, within a smaller and slowly growing alliance such as The Confederation of Canada, you get to grow and mature along with others, and actually get the sense of community rather than jumping into the deep end, into a large alliance where you may not know many people or have no idea what to do. The Confederation of Canada is a helping hand to all of it's Citizens, no matter what the cost, we will defend our Confederation and our fellow Canadians until the end.

III. Our stance (Aspects of our Parliament and Administration)

Within The Confederation of Canada, we try to focus on nationalism and overall peacekeeping within our nation, (much like real Canada) we tend to resort to diplomacy rather than hostility to ensure our Citizens are happy with how the Confederation is governed. The Confederation of Canada uses a Parliament composed up of the Prime Minister, Governor General and Members of Parliament. The Parliamentary building is called "The House of Commons" in which the Members of Parliament act as an overall senate to the Confederation, the Governor General and Prime Minister are involved with the Members of Parliament as well and oversee the process. The Confederation of Canada also uses what we like to call a "Five Point Administration System" which is composed up of the; Minister of Internal Affairs, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister of Finance, Minister of the Armed Forces and the Minister of Education which are all designated to their own ministries covering various fields, such as mentor-ship for new Citizens, demographics, charity aid and military organization. We also have another level in our governmental system, which is called "The Civil Assembly", which is essentially composed out of Citizens who take an active role in politics, this means, even if you are beaten in the polls for becoming a Member of Parliament, you still have a voice as the Civil Assembly is overseen by the Governor General who reports to the House of Commons what the general public would like to see. So overall, The Confederation of Canada has; Parliamentary Legislation, Ministration Legislation and Civic Legislation.

IV. Why "The Confederation of Canada"?

First of all, I am a very nationalistic Canadian as my ancestry was composed of loyalists, second of all, we have seen Imperialistic alliances such as The German Empire and The British Empire, why not a Canada from that era? And last, but not least, there seems to be a lack of Canadians and Canadian nationalism on Planet Bob, which we hope to bring into the light.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------

V. Get to know us

Canada (in real life also) is a very proud nation and is the perfect viewpoint of how different ethnic origins can come together and live in harmony (somewhat...). We do not live as the media portrays us, we don't live in igloos or own polar bears for pets, that simply is not us, despite what you've heard, Canada is a very beautiful country, filled with lush scenery and warm hearted folks. The Confederation of Canada wants to bring that into Planet Bob's sight, we want to show that Canada is a proud, strong place and is full of potential! Currently, The Confederation of Canada is composed of twelve commonwealth (nations) and is led by;

- The Right Honorable, Sir John A MacDonald of Commonwealth Canada (the Prime Minister)

- Governor General, Kaiser von Fergus II of The Empire of Ventry (Imperial Citizen/loyalist of The German Empire)

- Minister of internal Affairs, Kyle Brown of New Brunswick

The Confederation of Canada's governmental staff is short, but sweet and grows just as the population grows! Although we are small, we grow in numbers every day and we grow with pride! We invite you to come join our ranks at The Confederation of Canada to become a Canadian Citizen, a foreign dignitary (ambassador/diplomat) or just simply visit us! We have much to offer!
