This is in violation of line 19 of the site terms of use located here. If you are caught doing so, it will result in your nation being deleted. Now, does this mean the foreign aid offers, such as this, are illegal? Edit: also, where is the updates list? Vetinari Posted August 26, 2008 Report Share Posted August 26, 2008 No. What that message is saying is that private deals done without using the Donations tool (such as sending $50 to someone's PayPal account so they'll send you $100 million over X amount of weeks) is against the ToS.
