Leon Bronstein Posted August 21, 2008 Report Share Posted August 21, 2008 Sorry if this as already been answered, but I searched for "anarchy" and "riots" and couldn't find a definite answer. I've been put into anarchy through war because 95%+ of my soldiers died. Some people say you should wait for the oportunity to change your gov. type to something other than anarchy and then collect taxes. But I'm not sure I'll ever come out of anarchy if I don't have enough soldiers. I'm thinking about collecting taxes only today and buying soldiers to have more than the minimum (20% of my pop), then wait for anarchy to go away before I collect again. What should I do? Count Rupert Posted August 21, 2008 Report Share Posted August 21, 2008 Views are only updated periodically to save stress on the server. You may need to do as you suggest given your situation. However, you're still at war so that may not provide any relief to the overall problem. Also it will depend on how long it's been since you last paid bills. Collecting in anarchy means a greatly reduced collection. If you go more than two days without paying bills, you'll have to pay your bills first before being able to buy soldiers.
