Hi,

With this build 8 trade bonuses will be unlocked with major reductions in the cost and upkeep of infrastructure, aircraft, and navy. Population happiness is upped by a massive 13.5, while additional population income increases by $7.50 once 90% literacy is reached. Population size increases by 8%.

Note: This is a permanent, long-term build. Participation in this circle is for those who emphasize economic development above warfare, but wishes to retain the capacity to retaliate with a well-balanced force layout. If you are not willing to commit to this build, do not apply.
