You get mad population boosts, mad happy boosts, and mad infra reducers. And this one here is the best. Period. The last resource listed is a "flex resource". In other words it can be any of the following listed. So basically the first person that fits in with one required resource and one of the flex resources gets in and we run with it. So who wants to join? To join you must have the following: 1) Harbor Improvement 2) Be on the Green Team 3) Have two of the resources needed in the list below 4) Trade with all, and only, your fellow members of the guild/circle Ready?
