Possible war bug

The Day: Today.

The Time: Immediately after update.

I ground attack my target twice. Fist is a victory, the second is a defeat alert (because his odds were too low).

You have been attacked by Lord Sharpe. You lost 2,832 soldiers and 137 tanks. You killed 1,281 soldiers and 224 tanks. Their forces razed 22.494 miles of your land, stole 5.000 technology, and destroyed 20.000 infrastructure. Their forces looted $378,633.14 from you and you gained $0.00 in your enemy's abandoned equipment. In the end the battle was a Defeat. Any existing peace offers that were on the table have been automatically canceled.

Your nation has been defeated in battle. You do not have enough troops to defend your nation and your government has been thrown into Anarchy. You have lost all of your tanks, 5 spies, 40.00 infrastructure has been destroyed, 10.00 technology was lost and $115,293.79 of your money reserves was destroyed due to the invasion and resulting riots. What troops you did have deployed have also been returned home.

Then, later in the day, the target purchases soldiers. I, forgetting that I have attacked twice already, discover I can ground attack him, and do so.

This essentially gave me 3 ground attacks in one day. Is this a bug, or just a bonus for overwhelming your opponent?

EDIT: I guess someone already reported this, I hear. Feel free to lock it if so.
