If you are a nation which is being bullied, or thrown around or tech raid, just approach my nation and drop me a PM. I will help you if I can, but with conditions. Condition 1. You are not to attack others like what others had done to you. Condition 2. You are to write, " Beneficiary of the Super Puma defence initiative" in your nation bio. It is this simple. Any questions?
