Moving to a single IP

In August of this year, 2 other CN players and I will begin sharing an apartment, presumably with 1 IP. Two of us have been playing for 10 months, and we'd really rather not lose our nations. Starting in August, can we have some sort of exception to the single-IP rule?

Moderation never makes exceptions in a bunch of other cases concerning deleted nations, so I doubt they would go for it on this one.

Have you tried finding a separate location to log in CN? You can still use the CNforums and your alliance forums on the same IP, so it could be manageable.

If 5 months' notice isn't good enough evidence that we're legit, I don't know what is. We might need to resort to separate locations, but they would have to be on-campus computers at a school with 50,000 students (some people must play CN), and so it'd be at least a bit risky. Mainly just inconvenient, though.

Nothing is. It's one nation per IP.

The only suggustion that I can suggust is to log in form different places where you know other people don't play.

That in itself will be hard though.. as you can't send a message to mods every single time you want to log in to make sure no one else has

As long as you personally believe that nobody else possibly plays CN in that location, it's virtually impossible that anybody plays CN there.

If you have friends in dorms, log in from their computer. Myself and 2 other roommates played CN for a while from the same dorm room but the school gives everyone their own IP...So that would work.
