forsberg1785
If an attacker is unable to battle a defending nation because the defending soldier numbers are too low the defender will automatically be placed into Anarchy, up to 5 defending spies may be killed, 5% or up to 10 technology levels, 20% or up to 40 infrastructure levels, and 5% or up to $5 million in money may be destroyed (not stolen). Thats straight from the CN guide yet it doesn't seem to work. I attacked someone with 0 soldiers and didn't see that or the message that says the nation was defeated. Exactly how does the above work? Pete Mardle
Was it a ground attack? You can still launch bombing runs and missiles against nations with no troops. Also I think you only get that message the first time someone attacks and sends them into anarchy, any subsequent attempts just tell you that you can't attack. forsberg1785
It was a ground attack right after he was nuked. Should say he is defeated.
Count Rupert
Is it possible that someone else at war with him may have attacked first? A nation can only suffer one defeat alert a day regardless of how many he is at war with. If someone else attacked and got the defeat alert that day, you would be unable to do so again that day. agafaba
Does the nuke attack itself count as a defeat alert?
