Reminder: Both active and pending trades count against your trade slots. If your trade slots are full try canceling your inactive trade agreements until you have 5 or less active and pending trade agreements.

Two things are incorrect. A simple comma is missing for the if-then clause, and fewer should be used instead of less because the word agreements is plural.

Result:

Reminder: Both active and pending trades count against your trade slots. If your trade slots are full, try canceling your inactive trade agreements until you have 5 or fewer active and pending trade agreements.
