DeathStroke Posted March 2, 2008 Report Share Posted March 2, 2008 (edited) The Tech Dealers Article 1:Mission The Mission of The Tech Dealers (TTD) is to provide safety to all members, and form a rich alliance. To prove a functional, and fair brotherhood of nations of similar interests. And to continually be the riches among the CyberNations society. Article 2: Conditions to Joining 1. May not be a member of any other alliance while in TTD 2. May not join while an aggressor of a war against an aligned nation. Article 3: Government The TTD government will be divided into 2 houses. The Sheriff's Office and the Court House. Using a system of checks and balances, these houses all have their own powers. Article 3a: Executive Branch Consists of a Sheriff 8 deputies and 3 Judges. To hold a position in the Executive branch, your nation must be active and 30 days old. Article 3a .1: Job Description Sheriff - Secretary of Defence. (Leads the War) Deputies - Recruit, aid, Keeps forum in peace, Secretary of finance. Judges - Search for allies, Finds clients, and arrange deals, Director of Internal Affairs. The seats can increase in size with the alliance. Article 3b:Court House Consists of 3 members. Responsible for all amendments to the charter. Amendments may be made via a majority vote. (2 out of 3) Oversees cabinet operations. Can override any cabinet actions via a 2/3 vote except Sheriff when we are attacked. The seats can increase in size with the alliance. Article 3c: To prevent government inactivity At a random date once every month, a roll call thread will be posted for all government members to respond too. This is to ensure the effectiveness of the system by making sure government members are active and ready when needed. If they do not respond three days, they may have their position taken away. All that would have to be done is reply to ensure their position in the government. Article 4:Terms of Government Positions Every position is for life unless they miss the roll call or harm the alliance. Article 4b:In event of Resignation: In the event of a resignation, the Judges will either appoint a member to that position or call for an emergency election. Article 5:Political Position The TTD is a neutral Alliance. Article 6:Nuclear Development The TTD supports nuclear weapons. Article 7:Neutrality The TTD will remain neutral unless provoked or attacked by an outside force. War with rogues and inactive nations are accepted, and promoted. War with aligned nations without approval is not acceptable and is grounds for immediate expulsion and possibly further action. Article 8:No Tolerance Those members and outsiders who misbehave, and who's actions prove to be unacceptable will be put to trial before the Judges of the TTD and if convicted, prompt action will be taken for maximum punishment. Article 9:Founder Since the Alliance is a dictatorship the leader may over rule all. Must understand that this is a dictatorship. 3. User name must match nation ruler. Article 3:Government The TTD government will be divided into 3 Branches. The Sheriff's Office, the Court House, and Dictator's Mansion. Using a system of one supreme ruler and 12 enforcers, these Branches all have their own powers. Article 3a:Executive Branch Consists of a Sheriff, 8 Deputies, 3 Judges, a Supreme Judge, and a Dictator. To hold a position in the Executive branch, your nation must be active and ready to aid. Article 3b:1: Job Description Sheriff - Secretary of Defense. Deputies - Recruit, Keeps forum in peace, Secretary of Internal Affairs. Judges - Search for allies, Finds clients, and arrange deals, Secretary of Internal Affairs. Dictator - Give orders and make sure everything runs smoothly. All positions are Directors of Finance. Article 3c:Sheriff's Office The Sheriff leads his deputies to ensure that our alliance is not in harm. Enforces the laws. New laws may be made, change or removed, with a vote(5 out of 8). A Sheriff's vote counts as 2. Vote may be over ruled buy Dictator if he does not approve of the law. Must keep peace within the alliance. Article 3d:Court House Consists of 4 members. Responsible for all amendments to the charter. Amendments may be made, and changed with a majority vote(3 out of 4). A Supreme Judge's vote count as 2. Vote may be over written if Dictator does not like the new change. Must keep peace outside of alliance. Article 3e:Laws All laws will be followed at all time. If anyone is to break a law their is a fine to pay, and depending on what law you break there will be consequences.
