Cost? $15mil ($3mil/100tech) Middlemen? NO! Here is the set up. Day 1. Each of the 5 buyers sends $mil to each of the 5 sellers. Buyers total sent each = $15mil Sellers total $ received each = $15mil. Day 11. Each of the sellers sends out 50 tech to each of the 5 buyers. Each buyer receives 250 tech that day. Day 21. Each of the sellers sends out 50 tech to each of the 5 buyers. Each buyer receives 250 tech that day. Total tech gained = 500. Will need 10 days notice in advance of when it will happen so that I can assure all 5 of my aid slots are free though. I think thats a no brainer for all parties though as we cant expect to wait around for this to fill up till then, fair? I leave it up to you to make sure that the tech turn up. Btw don't worry about grand visers 28th accept, that tech is not going to any buyer and there fore can be late.
