My aid slots were full, but today one of them expired yet it still wont let me send out or recieve foreign aid. Here's a screenshot of my aid screen: Whenever I try to send aid, it comes up with the standard: You cannot offer any new aid agreements because you have already offered or are involved in in 5 other foreign aid agreements within the past 10 days. This includes foreign aid offers that you have received as well as foreign aid offers that you have sent. [edit]After I posted, someone advised me to delete the expired foreign aid slot and then try again. I did and it worked. I still don't understand why that would be the case.
