When in the course of cyber events, it becomes necessary for one alliance to dissolve the political bands that have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of Planet Bob, the separate and equal station to which the laws of admin and of Bob's admin entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of cyberkind requires that they should declare the causes which compel them to separation.

We hold these truths to be self evident, that all nations are created equal, that they are endowed by admin with certain unalienable rights, that among these are sovereignty, protection, and the pursuit of one's ideals.

That to secure these rights, an Assembly Chairman shall be instituted among the Assembly, deriving his just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any political tie becomes unnecessary of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or abolish it, and to institute new ties, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them to secure justice and honour.

Prudence, indeed, will dictate that ties long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shown, that cyberkind is more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed.

But when a long train of complaints and grievances, pursuing invariably the same object envinces a a design to reduce them under absolute control, it is their right, it is their duty to, to throw off such a tie and to provide new ties for future security. Such has been the patient sufferance of these members of the General Assembly; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their Foreign Affairs. The history of this bloc has been one of complaints and grievances, all having in direct object the establishment of a system of control over GATO. To prove this, let facts be submitted to a candid world.

The General Assembly

WANA: Assembly Chairman

Laserwolf: Deputy Assembly Chairman

Wes: Minister of Domestic Affairs

Tevron: Minister of Foreign Affairs

Crv24: Minister of Finance

Dre4mwe4ver: Minister of Defense

TL;DR: GATO is departing from C&G

Honestly thought that CRAP were disbanding.

I did not know CRAP or TRL still existed as active alliances, they each have less than 20 nations left.

It's been years, indeed, but those were years working together with some of the best allies and worst enemies, and the years of unity themselves, in spite of the circumstances and odds stacked against us, serves as testimony to the strength of our commitment to each other and the noble desire of making things work. We've been frank with each other in our union, and now, as we recognize that our paths diverge to a degree greater than before, I am grateful that we are again able to be frank with each other in recognizing that our amicable departure from the Bloc, while still affirming the individual ties and our historical relationship with each individual alliance here, is the best path forward.
