For everyone's flexibility do not change resources until accepted into trades, it is highly desired you can change resources as required immediately or within a couple of days only. You will be informed exactly what resources to be after trading, to avoid any unfortunate overlaps.

 

If you are unable to change for a long time (eg. over a week to a month), provided you have resources within the below it is possible we can shift others to work with you.

 

Finally, I recommend you to be a part of a protected alliance. This saves everyone, and you, instability and strife from a whimsical war. Long term this will be necessitated.
