The Orderly Knights Accords

Introduction:
The Templar Knights (TTK) and Order Of Tenebris(OoT), upon signing this treaty, hereby agree to adhere to the terms put forth within.

Article I - Conduct:
Members of both TTK and OoT shall show each other mutual respect and courtesy at all times.

Article II - Non-Aggression:
Neither TTK, nor OoT shall engage in acts of war or espionage against the other.

Article III - Protection:
TTK agrees to protect OoT from rogues or unprovoked wars of aggression. TTK also agrees to act as mediator for any conflicts between OoT and outside forces. OoT are not obligated to assist TTK in military engagements.

Article IV - Raiding:

TTK and OoT recognize that any war arising due to tech raiding on the part of OoT shall be considered a provoked act of aggression and make Article III optional. OoT agree to abstain from raiding nations in already established alliances.

Article V - Assistance:
TTK shall assist OoT in building a strong economy and a stable alliance through reasonable means. OoT will aid the growth of TTK through means of tech deals and using their maroon team nations to vote as directed by TTK gov.

Article VI - Intelligence:
Should either TTK or OoT receive information that indicates a threat to the security of one another, that information shall be communicated through private channels within 24 hours.

Article VII - Treaty Notifications:
OoT agrees to inform TTK of all treaties PIAT-level and above and take the advice given by TTK under due consideration before making a final decision.

Article VIII - Cancellation:

This treaty may be cancelled at the discretion of TTK or OoT. The cancelling party shall be required to give the other alliance 48 hours prior notice. If OoT commit a grave violation of the spirit of this treaty TTK reserves the right to cancel the protectorate immediately.
