Yep, after their 5th unprovoked spy attack they got caught. This wasn't just gathering intel which could be forgiven, this a sustained attack on the sovereignty of Roman Empire.

 

Therefore we march to war.

I don't think many care who ranks at the top as it doesn't translate to being the strongest alliance militarily or financially, if it did, Nlon would rank fairly low. Imo, the real #1 is the alliance with the most kills.

 

I'm a little suspicious that Nlon had another 10 nations join them in the last 5 days, before that they had seen very little growth, it looked like once they took the "strongest alliance" title from us, their membership spike has significantly slowed.
