I declared war on BIBLIOSTAN, and clicked on the drop down for nuking. Instead of the usual "you need to wait to nuke" I have the options to fire. The war was declared less than an hour ago.

 

Did the rules for this change? This nation was the last one I fought as well, which may be important information for tracking down the bug.

I think I've seen this in TE before. From memory, attempting to launch the nuke will lead to a message telling you that your weapons aren't yet ready to be fired.

Yeah that has happened before and seems to always occur if you redeclare on the same target after a round has just finished.

 

Maybe its a caching problem or index relic since it doesn't actually allow you to nuke like it was a bug.

That would make sense. Didn't want to test it to see how much it would let me do.

The nuke page displays if you re-declared on the same target but you cannot actually launch the nuke.
