Oskar is free to speak freely, and war with whom he pleases as long as it doesn't violate the aNiMaLz charter, but in no way shape or form are his opinions (outside of what he says about goons) the opinion of the aNiMaLz family as a whole. Then Oskar should exercise greater care in his statements since he certainly came off as being the spokesman of aNiMaLz. Emperor Oskar and his Republic of Hex are currently ranked at #18 of the 19 nations of aNiMaLz; he's hardly in any position to boast and brag when his overall level of strength isn't much higher than some fringe militia group. He does seem to enjoy being a big noise in a small room, but he shouldn't be picking fights with larger nations, then demanding they come down to HIS level (which would require selling off a huge amount of stuff at a significant loss), then complaining when the other nations refuse to agree to such ridiculous terms. You'd rather try provoking others to do your dumb idea,so its them who get any back lash. Something I can respect about DBDC/Cuba over GOONS is he would just place the sanction himself, rather than try appealing to other alliances to place it for him if he felt a sanction justified. I underlined the only relevant part in this, but even it too is wishful thinking, as they seem to be doing a good job of keeping themselves ZI'd by threatening and declaring war on everyone. I know you all like him for some reason that makes no sense to the rest of the world but he isn't stable and he constantly harasses us in just about every thread...
