Hull Description: The Xia Class Fast Battleship uses advanced shaping to minimize its radar signatures, on top of this it is covered with a RAM Coating, which dramatically reduces its detection ability. Its drive system is enclose and the underwater parts of the hull are covered in noise reduction systemizing minimizing its sonar presence. These two systems combined to make the Xia one of the stealthy for its size afloat, giving it a high survivability level against enemy platforms. The ship’s superstructure is built with highly flexible material, which allows it to survive torpedo ships without breaking its keel, not stopping the damage completely, but preventing what would otherwise be a lethal blow. Weapons Description: This ship is designed for three missions: the first is Hostile Coastal Sea Control. The ship is capable of surviving sorties against areas with heavy sea defense and over power enemy defenses with its combination of missiles and rail guns. Long range medium ballistic missiles and cruise missiles are the longest range weapons; capable of engaging targets from far off shore or penetrating the enemy interior. Rail guns are designed for long-range bombardment as well, these weapons provide extremely devastating fire-power at a range to equivalent to many different types of cruise missiles.

The ship is equipped with an arsenal of smaller guns as well which can act as both onshore artillery support from off shore as well as provide a defensive perimeter around other ships, denying smaller littoral enemy ships the ability to interdict forces operating within the battleships range.

The ship has the capability of engaging enemy submarines (although it typically leaves this to its escort destroyers and attack submarines plus support helicopters). Its torpedo bays are also capable of launching torpedo based missiles, which after an extended range will fire off from underwater, this provides the ability to fire a weapon while not revealing the ships position.

The ship is built to be a fortress against air attack. It is equipped with strategic surface to air missiles and two large chemical lasers to provide strategic defense. This gives the ship the ability to defend against much longer range and more powerful ballistic and cruise missiles and stand off capability against enemy long-range naval bombers and fighter/bombers. The ships second line of defense is three tactical energy lasers, as well as the continued use of its long range anti-aircraft missiles. These can provide further defense and are especially effective against surface skimming missiles. Tianxia will not sell ships with double inferior Russian radars.  If Russia wishes to have radars which cannot track cruise missiles, it can have them on wrecks at the bottom of the sea with 'Made in Russia' labels.  Nor will we power these with inferior nuclear reactors which have insufficient power and have a penchant for randomly catching on fire.
