Margrave
We, the General Assembly of New Zealand, the Governor General, and the lawfully elected government of the Commonwealth nation of New Zealand make the following announcement public, to both our fellow Commonwealth states and to the family of nations at large: We formally call all nations of the Commonwealth together to recognize the formal assumption of power of King Louis Windsor, 1st of that name, as the legitimate successor to the Royal House of Windsor and the leader of the British Commonwealth. As his first act, His Royal Highness has decreed that, for the duration of the emergency and beyond, The King and his successors shall provide their leadership to the Commonwealth from their newly established seat in Wellington. As the Governor General, I, Jonathan Canard, representative of the Commonwealth, and through me, the Prime Minister and the General Assembly, do swear and attest that we recognize the legitimacy of the claim of His Majesty to his titles, and swear our fealty to the same. Upon collapse of United Kingdom and its environs, His Royal Highness has relocated from the Nordisk Rike in order to establish the continuity of the Royal Line and to provide his leadership to the Commonwealth at this trying time; despite the devastation of the nuclear attacks, received during the last great war in the great cleansing of the nations that tried to disrupt the international harmony. Signed on behalf of the King and the Commonwealth Government of New Zealand; Jonathan Canard, Governor General Henry Abott, Prime Minister The General Assembly of New Zealand

Lysergide
The Adviser to New Zealand had selected from the personal advisory staff directly to the Krigsherre. He was a younger officer in the military, and was selected because he held the Rike's interests before any other nations. He would arrive after a long flight on a private jet that had to make a couple stops along the way through commercial airports in friendly or neutral territory. The Rike had telegraphed ahead to not hold a ceremony for his arrival as it would be unnecessary attention brought to the fact that an Adviser from the Nordisk Rike had been sent to New Zealand in the first place. Margrave
The Adviser would be welcomed quietly, without ceremony, escorted to a secure, underground bunker routinely swept for monitoring devices. A circle of suited men sat at round, mahogany table, and rose to give the officer a respectful welcome. Louis stood and rose his hand to him in greeting. "Hail and well met, cousin. We're greatly appreciative to your government for its assistance in these trying times. The men gathered here are all fast friends and members of the State; please, introduce yourself and announce any dispatches you were presented in the Rike." Lysergide
The Adviser would stand with his back straight as he entered the room. His military uniform was clean and pressed professionally, a departure from the normal Nordisk Soldier that wore their uniforms in a more sloppy manner that befitted a normal infantry man. His uniform was bare of rank, marks of military branch. He clicked his boots together and extended his hand in return to shake the hand of the man that stood before him. "My name is Floki Gnarr, I report directly to the Krigsherre and am part of his personal Intelligence Staff. I have a direct line to him, and it is an honor to be sent here to help your nation build itself up into a stature in which it deserves. So I imagine we have much work to do, I am prepared to start advising immediately if you need my services right away."
