"Hello Caribbean friends, we are sorry for the decades of no diplomatic contact, therefore we would like to end that. So we are sending one of our greatest diplomats and she should be there soon." The limousine moved through the heart of Havana, surrounded by skyscrapers shining off the fading light as the sun began to set. The city had a calming, peaceful air about it.
