Stephen N Young
The Empire of Great Britain Millions the world over are proud to call themselves Britons, subjects of His Majesty the King. Hallmark of free government, the Empire is the proud overseer of England, Wales, Scotland and Ireland. Its capital is London and it is indeed a mighty city, as we are told by Samuel Johnson: "When a man is tired of London, he is tired of life; for there is in London all that life can afford." With goodwill and peaceful intentions for all nations, the British people extend their hands in friendship, seeking brotherhood and to establish close ties with all those who admire liberty and justice. ooc: very sleepy... more tomorrow... Lysergide
Diplomatic Note from Nordisk Rike The Nordisk Rike welcomes this new government of the British Isles. We offer our hand in friendship, and hope that you do not follow in the foot steps of the many governments that have filled the role of leading the nation your government is now in charge of. We invite you to send a diplomat to Stockholm so that we can come to know each other and work past the differences our two nations have had in the past. We do insist upon hearing your concerns regarding past administrations, as this is vital for our own overall stability, as well as that of the region.
