Lestari
Evidently the mods need some consensus from us on who exactly the new mapmaker is before they pin a mapmaking thread. And, well, somebody's gotta post another inane poll to deal with this even though Cent has already created a new map thread and begun updating, so I guess it's gonna be me. So yes. Vote away. Dillon1102
Whoever will show protectorates on the map has my vote. Besides that it's just a map.

Not marking protectorates is something I have been annoyed with for a while and if other people agree I'd gladly add them on the map proper. Peter Ilyich
Holy crap cent. You realize if you win, you will literally be mapmaker for every rp. Are you going to have time to update then consistently?

Horo the Wise Wolf
Why would he get burned out updating one map?It is an incredibly time-consuming, pain-staking process. You have to colour the pixels one by one to ensure they actually match borders, lest you screw them up. Mogar
I wouldn't mind doing it again, it actually is kinda fun to fool around with when not doing official mapping.
Centurius
Map making isn't too time consuming. Daily updates take me about 5-20 minutes per map depending on if it was a busy day or not
Mogar
Generally the longest task is properly identifying specific islands, which can be a chore with a few of them, notably the Pacific.
Voodoo Nova
I'll call this poll closed and Cent is the new mapmaker.
