I don't know if anything was said on irc, but on the OWF they took this war in stride, and honestly I assumed with being caught off guard by TPC and already sending an offensive on FIST that they would be rolled. It turns out RE held their own. I definitely gained some respect for RE in this war. Second, props to TPC for their efforts in declaring an updeclare. TPC was more top heavy, but had this gone uninterrupted, it definitely would've provided a challenge. Tthe stats that stood out the most to me were the number of nuke nations. TPC 85 nukes (12 nations) RE/Citadel 124 nukes (23 nations) Definitely a respectable war. And now I have to give props to FIST. With most of their offensive warslots being tied up by Skaro, they managed to quickly organize a counter on RE. Not exactly easy when you're blindsighted. RE had almost double their nuke numbers, with double the amount of nuclear capable nations, and it's likely this one would have went differently if it had gone without interruptions. Either way, another case this war where an alliance was focused on another target, and quickly reorganized. Citadel also had a respectable counter on TPC. I don't think it gets much closer in stats than if you isolate just Citadel and TPC's wars. This is a perfect opportunity to point to how close damage stats were, and show your members with 0 damage inflicted wars that even cruise missiles do matter. o/ REo/ TPCo/ FISTo/ Citadelo/ War Here's the link to the google spreadsheet were I ran all your numbers: Link All Stats came straight from the statistics downloads.
