hartfw Posted August 21, 2014 Report Share Posted August 21, 2014 Proposal: Taxing such improvements will decrease the happiness on Moon and Mars Colonies -1.5, Citizen income +$1.50 across the Purple team sphere. If a colony currently yields less then 1.5 happiness does this stop at zero or is it a flat hit to all colonies regardless of the happiness remaining?
