The loss of life is not as traumatic as the general sense of vulnerability among our citizens. Something must be done to renew our citizen's sense of security within our nation. (Event 2170360) Option 1: Create a Domestic Security Service, to monitor and "neutralize" any potential threats within our borders. -$1.00 citizen income, +25 crime index, +100 criminal capacity. Option 2: Launch a costly but necessary "War on Terror" targeting nations that harbour and fund the terrorist faction. -$3.00 citizen income, +100 crime index, +200 criminal capacity. In both cases the red text should instead read "prevention score". "Criminal capacity" is also vague (there's no mention of "capacity" anywhere in the Information Index) and it would in my opinion be best replaced with "criminals that can be incarcerated". As for "criminals that can be incarcerated", that sounds to me like it's saying that you are gaining more criminals that will need to be incarcerated. Maybe there is a better way to word this?
