Edit: Still for the sake of others: At most this proposal hurts 3 (might only be 2) Fan nations, while helping 84. The gains to those 84 are of of a considerable magnitude more than the potential loses for the 2, and it is not clear that the 2 will stay that low infra when they even collect. Looking at Riot Society since they got singled out as it must hurt them, they have only 2 nations this could hurt, and either have enough nukes for it to hurt. Meaning it is good for 18 of 18 in Riot Society. Calling these 2 proposals stupid to vote for is a bold move. And should a war break out and people with nukes find themselves below the threshold where the proposals benefit them I guess that's just tough luck, right? Sure, consult. But if the end result of that consultation is something other than "we're going to do what benefits 98% of the nations on this sphere" you are doing consultation very wrong. There has been discussion going on their forum from before the changes were made and they have continued. Of course that war would need to start very soon and involve most of yellow to matter, however I can see that was what you were predicting, and its not that just are terrible at judging this stuff. As soon as it happened I brought it to KCPs attention, you can search all over 'Operation Unknown' and you will not find any mention of how to vote, why to vote, or the brought up of any ways to vote. There was no contact by tJL to RIOT, or on the KCP forums about voting. In fact, there was a thread started by RIOT on the issue, not before by any one else. We're talking about tech selling size nations where they make ~2.1mill over 30 days (100t deal = ~2mill without school/uni) and consider that worth it. So 8.5mill in damages is significant. As one of their founders, I'm well aware of that. I can't speak for FAN - don't even know their policy. But the person attacking tJL made it clear his reasoning which was based on and it wasn't a raid.I have joint membership in tJL and DBDC. As a member of DBDC, yes - I'm into that kind of thing.
