The rich lineage of the Hohenzollerns had persevered for centuries, since their overthrowing years prior. Now, with a backing of the populace, they were once again ready to receive the international stage. Lead by King Wilhelm von Hohenzollern, the proclamation came from the newly re-established Government and in the capital, Danzig. Bringing with them a proclamation to support international peace and prosperity, they were more than happy to begin formal diplomatic relations with their neighbours. The King himself appeared, waving and smiling before the crowds; t'was an illustrious day, and one that enshrined in glory.

Hungary-Slovakia recognizes and warmly welcomes Prussia and it's esteemed government.

We offer to exchange embassies and ambassadors with Prussia.

We also offer a meeting with Prussia to discuss a non-agression pact and a mutual trade agreement.

(OOC - I will do my very best to respect your nation and people and to pronounce your land and people correctly.  Just don't bite my head off over a typo. :P :) )

The Romanian crown has appointed Corneliu Popescu as ambassador of Greater Romania to Prussia. Before leaving, he however was given an agenda by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in order to properly act in Romania's interests, which he could serve best by acting just in the right time, in the right manner.

In the areas newly visited by the Prussian military, moves have been taken to establish an interim police force to combat crime and other issues caused in the turnover from Alvonian to Prussian rule. Many Polish would show their unhappiness with marches, though Prussian officials believe it is only a matter of time before they "accept the change*, and realise the increase in quality of life that would come with the change.

The populace of Mecklenburg-Verpommern were far more pleased with the new situation, considering the initial theft from Brandenburg and subsequent liberation.

NBC teams have begun recovering the bodies from the Capitol destroyed in the Milanese nuclear attack. With current fatalities at 37 (including high-profile regional representatives and injuries in the hundreds, largely due to radiation poisoning. Injuries from the attack on the Hohenzollern residence were in the zeroes, since the family and staff there had long since evacuated, but the damage to Prussian culture and history done is irreplaceable. Many have called for the area to become a monument to those killed in the nuclear strikes, and the Royal Family themselves have found alternative lodgings.

Whilst the damage done has been a cause for national soldiery, the help done in the newly acquired territories has been minimal at best.

The populace of West Pomerania have been adamant in their beliefs that the Alvonian Governance was superior to the incoming Prussian one. To this extent, they have demanded serious concessions if they are to come under the Prussian banner.

The populace of Greater Poland have been adamant in their beliefs that the Alvonian Governance was superior to the incoming Prussian one. To this extent, they have demanded serious concessions if they are to come under the Prussian banner.

The populace of Lubusz have been adamant in their beliefs that the Alvonian Governance was superior to the incoming Prussian one. To this extent, they have demanded serious concessions if they are to come under the Prussian banner.

The populace of Mecklenburg-Verpommern, on the other hand, have a been helpfully swayed - with the nuclear strikes taken by Prussia seen as a great sacrifice for their liberation, they have shown a happiness and willingness to become one with the Prussian state. Their integration is expected to be the easiest.

The populace of Lower Silesia have shown a decidedly neutral outlook to the fact. Whilst many were satisfied with the eventual Prussian integration, given that it was inevitable that they would eventually lose their independence, many still wished for autonomy within Prussia and a strong hand in deciding their own affairs.

The populace of Opole have shown a decidedly neutral outlook to the fact. To facilitate integration efforts, the "Council of Poland" has been established. A board where regional heads of the Polish Voivodeships would convene, alongside Prussian officials, its purpose was to flesh out and agree on acceptable terms for the inevitable Prussian Governemnt they would be under.

Peaceful protests against Prussian rule in old Alvonian Prussia turned violent today, after a heated group started attacking soldiers on the street. Identifying themselves as the Narodowe Odrodzenie Polski, they were quickly categorised as a hate group, and warrants for arrests of known members were handed out. However, their actions had lit the spark under many of the peaceful protesters who themselves attempted to terrorise Prussian military individuals, though with far less intent to harm than the NOP. In retaliation, soldiers were equipped with Riot Gear and given Riot Vehicles to attempt to minimise damage to the area.

The Council of Poland, however, saw much greater success. With the once-autonomous regions of Poland all showed a willingness to enter the Prussian state, were certain concessions made in regards to their Governance. Namely, the ability to schedule their own regional elections and have general autonomy and devolution from Prussia. Representatives for West Pomerania, Greater Poland, and Lubusz were similarly willing, albeit more afraid of heavy Prussian action to quell their unrest, as opposed to an inclination to lie under the Prussian banner.

Following the destruction of their previous residence, the Hohenzollerns moved into the Äbtepalast zu Oliva for lodgings instead. Radiation cleanup has begun in the old palace and in the old Capitol, with the total death toll from the nuclear aggression at 52. Hospitals have received many patients with symptoms of radiation sickness and have begun immediate attempts at treatment. Luckily, many cases were simply a case of hypochondriasis from people well of out the range of the danger zone, but had been feeling "a bit sick".

Regional Heads representing Mecklenburg-Verpommern have shown themselves to be more than happy to enter the union under Prussia, and have begun making preparations for thus. Elections were not needed for the province, as the Prussian Government was more than happy with their current lineup.

Regional Heads representing West Pomerania have shown concern over possible Prussian Governance, due to the unrest in the province. However, they have still shown a willingness to go forward with it, given discussions in the Council of Poland.

With radiation cleanup efforts largely coming to a close, the final shreds of damaged infrastructure had been cleared out and destroyed, to prevent any contamination. Reports of sickness, and other radiation poisoning symptoms, have dropped off completely and no more are expected to surface. The flagrant damage done in the attack has given rise to an increase in national drive and pride, of which Military Officials are looking to make use of in military expansion areas.

Mecklenburg-Verpommern has entered the stages of its final integration into the Prussian state, with citizens now able to receive Prussian passports and other such rights given to Prussian citizens. One Prussian Official stated that "there will be no punishment or punitive actions taken against the Polish.", in regards to the riots and violent protests.

Thanks to the growth in Prussian coastline, Naval supremacy was becoming an active issue and planning area in the Prussian Military (and soon to be Navy). With steps laid down for future ships, alongside expenditure planning, preparations were underway.

Now part of the nation, the citizens were pretty happy about the new situation, and went about their lives as normal.

The populace in Mecklenburg-Verpommern settled in well to the Prussian Governance, but with one glaring issue - because Prussia had a different Highway Code from what the drivers there were used to (most notably, driving on the left), not only were their many car accidents but also a general confusion, as activities there quickly slid to a halt.

The chaos in Mecklenburg-Verpommern slowly came to a halt as the populace got used to driving on the correct side of the road. Hailing the change as "genius" and an "increase to quality of life we sure won't forget!", Prussian Governance was quick to show how great it was.

Potential car-related chaos in West Pomerania was minimised thanks to the extra preparations that had been sent alongside the change to driving on the correct side of the road. Teething problems were few, and cars were many.

Car accidents were many as people began to jump the gun and started to drive on the wrong (but actually right) side of the road, causing chaos province-wide.

Preußische Marine

Thanks to the ever-growing hostilities and tensions in both Europe and the world itself, and the major expansion of Prussian coastline, it was in the year of 2014 that King Wilhelm von Hohenzollern, mighty be his tale, commissioned and sought for a major upgrade to the realm's Navy. In a sense, the creation of just that. Whilst land was favoured in the past, rightfully so, times had changed and it was now necessary to make a concerted effort towards controlling the realm's future at sea too.

And thus, it was put down for the creation and the later refinement of the Prussian Navy, a force that would dominate the seas like their land counterparts of yore (and today). What one person referred to as a "frigging awesome plan", the basic lay out was to be twenty-two Eiszapfen-class Frigates, allowing for a flexible force capable of adapting and performing well in any and all circumstances. This also gave room for any kind of later expansion to the force, as further sculpting would be easy. Edited by Horo the Wise Wolf

With further concerns about the realm's safety, King Wilhelm has seen it fit to further expand the Preußische Marine. Added, will be sixteen Waschmaschine-class, six Luftwaffle-class, twelve Tabelle-class, and seven Andocken-class.

Private Dispatch to Romania:

To the Romanian Ministry of War,

My country, Prussia, wishes to purchase seven Ardeal-class Battleships, for use within our Navy. We are happy to pay the full cost for these vessels, plus some for Romanian Engineers and Sailors to spend time in Prussia and teach our men how best to use and maintain the ship.

Thank you for your consideration,

Prince Friedrich von Hohenzollern, Prussian Minister of War

To his Highness, Friedrich von Hohenzollern,

The order of 7 ardeal-class battleships has been approved by our authorities and the ships will be laid down shortly in Constanţa, Mangalia and Mîkolaiv. The unit price is about 5.8 billion Romanian Lei per ship. For training purposes, the Admiralty has approved two options:

Romanian sailors can transfer the ships to the Baltic and then train with Prussian sailors or Prussia sends sailors to the Black Sea, where they can train on the battleships Muntenia and Moldavia and where they can take over the finished ships as soon as they finished sea trials.

We hope such is acceptable.

With regards,

Iancu Golescu, Minister of War of Greater Romania

With the onset of war in Europe, the Preußische Armee, Marine, and Luftstreitkräfte were all placed on high alert and able to be mobilised at any time, in case of aggressive moves towards the country. High-ranking personnel have been moved to more secure locations and humanitarian items are being stockpiled in case of widespread domestic injuries, which had the potential to be high.

With reports of their nationals being detained, Prussian authorities decided to jump on the bandwagon and get in on the action themselves. All nationals from France, Alvonia, Yugoslavia, Tikal, the EAI, the GLR, the Plains Federation and Palaven would be arrested by members of Civil Protection, with potential charges of treason and terrorism. Their assets would then be frozen/seized and high-risk detainees would also have an investigation into their background performed.

The arrested foreigners would be imprisoned in high-value military installations with the possibility of being attacked, rather than in prisons. This was done due to the incapability of existing prisons being unable to cope with the sudden influx of crims.
