Pro Peace Recently the ideology of societal improvement through domestic development have spread across nations in the sphere. Recognizing this, leading figures throughout the Purple team sphere have come together to pass a series of economic and trade agreements. Proposal: The burst of investment and easing of credit from this time of prosperity shall be directed into national improvement projects across the sphere. All nations at peace receive +2 happiness while nations at war receive -2 happiness. 3 votes yes -- PASSED Health and Well-Being A rising sense of pride for the excellent health and well-being of the people of the nations within the Purple team sphere has led to an across-the-board increase in gross domestic product. Proposal: Direct the dividends of this increased efficiency into healthcare, extending the lifetime of citizens within the Purple team sphere, reducing the number of still births, this has the knock-on effect of increasing the number of retirees, and the number of babies in the team and thus the overall population. The increased number of retirees and youths places a higher support burden on national budgets. Population increased by 3%. Failed 0-3 I dunno I felt like this one above deserve a consideration.. Nobody said about cannot buying or using nukes, only a meager +25% extra cost and upkeep in exchange of +3 happiness. Need to calculate for those without though. The reason not to pass this is the purchase cost, as the upkeep even without uranium is just not close (except for a handful of nations). If it had passed, I would have called it a boring proposal and suggested it get toned down to 2 happiness, so that vote is interesting for sure.
