SUN TZU, THE ART OF WAR --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- TS//SCI//GAMMA THE ANTARCTIC SOLUTION Three weeks ago in Mcmurdo Station at Antarctica, SOCSOV scientists had found the buildings in good shape, but unoccupied for some time. There was no sign of the presence, dead or alive, of the prior occupants. Alpha Company of the Snowtrooper Battalion was establishing security and sleeping quarters when one soldier discovered a trapdoor located under a carpet. When the Captain Tripp and SOCSOV scientists arrived, a scientist went inside, and found a crude underground tunnel, similar to those the drug runners operated. With the presence of a Snowtrooper, the scientist entered and discovered a tight, steel door with an unpowered fingerprint scanning system. "This one's locked." "Stand Back!" The combat engineer wired a small amount of C4 in several areas of the door, which would hopefully defeat the lock without destabilizing the cave. From further back in the tunnel they detonated the charge, assured by the engineer that it wouldn't destabilize the tunnel. After ensuring the structural integrity of the cave was solid, a fireteam stacked in the tunnel and the fireteam leader successfully opened the door. They smoothly covered and entered the entrance. With their flashlights on, they still could not see the entirety of the facility, it was so large. SOCSOV expeditionary leader Aaron Makanui entered the facility in a much more relaxed manner than the snowtroopers. Setting up a portable light, the facility jumped into visibility. Taking off his glove he strode to the center of the structure and swept the dust off a control monitor, he began to compare various inactive instruments to technical data on his tablet. The snowtroopers removed their cold weather helmets and gathered around, watching curiously. "Brah, what is that? Some kind of Computer?" "Yeah, but it is only the operating system for the facility. We need to get power hooked up. Sergeant, can it be done?" The engineer thought it over for a moment. "We still have one more reserve generator, it's only for emergencies but I think it would provide enough power." By then the Captain, First Sergeant, and everyone curious who was pretending to be important were down there by now, talking and making the echoing facility very loud. The First Sergeants voice roared out. "OK EVERYONE OUT! You and you, stay here." ------------------------- Getting power into the facility was surprisingly easy. Apparently it was designed to be run by an external generator anyway, so within a half hour the facility popped into life. The scientists were very pleased with what they found. "This facility runs on the old JWICS network, we can contact Hawaii securely by satellite from here! The US must have been the last to use this facility, as we suspected." It appears the old US was the last state to use this facility. We have powered the facility and the scientists are accessing the genome upload program. We believe it will succeed. The scientists abandoned antisemitism and other radical Nazi beliefs, but the US government found other elements of National Socialism useful, and the scientists soon founded the covert AMSOC, or the American Socialism Project. They secretly began to collaborate and take over the military industrial complex, founding a number of large and well known military research and development corporations. These scientists exercised influence to finance and protect the Biological Multiverse Genome System (BMGS). "According to the biological multiverse theory, we are no longer composed of water, bone, and flesh during multiversal crossing; instead, we are reduced to genetic code. The individual alone is too weak survive a trip to another multiverse, because his genetic code would be scrambled during the trip. However, a packet of many individuals with a similar genome could potentially survive a trip, losing only the defective elements of the genome. The theory was not popular in high level American government, but was protected and financed by AMSOC. "We learned a few years back about AMSOC when they revealed themselves and contacted SOCSOV. They said the United States would someday reform, and if SOCSOV collaborated with them they would reveal their old technological secrets. However, in the event we failed to advance AMSOC interests, they would maneuver the reformed United State and its puppets against Hawaii. Recently they then revealed the Antarctic facility to us, warning us that our time was coming to a close. Our sole possibility of escaping genocide and extinction would be a mass experiment of the BMGS facility on the entire Polynesian people. Whatever we chose, Hawaii would be cleared for further US and puppet expansionism, and thus, AMSOC expansion. It was a win-win for AMSOC, as usual. "There are a number of other facilities in the area, but unfortunately I don't think we will have the time to explore them. Once Hawaii is wiped off the map, AMSOC will leak records pretending to be Hawaiian and the US coalition will come here. AMSOC will also leak any of our prior deployment plans to US coalition forces. Because of this massive amount of cryptological static, decryption can take many years. However, AMSOC provided the scientists and resources to help Hawaii with the genetic work, ironically planning to use it a weapon against us. "2% of the genome is encrypted and takes some role in our identity. However, individual genetic expression is defined by single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNP), which replaces individual genetic bases along the chromosome in 1 out of 1000 bases. This means that 99.9% of human chromosomes are identical. "This is where the process really gets hard. In order to transport a specific group of people to another multiverse, you have to define a genetic cluster that is roughly 99.999% identical or better. The more defined the genetic sequence, the less the cluster of people defined. Theoretically, one could transfer anywhere from a single individual to the entire human race; however, currently built technology will allow no more than a few million individuals to be transferred at a time, and there will be a transfer loss of roughly 5% due to wormhole instability and radiation. Out of a million individuals, roughly 50,000 will not make it through. "As long as SNP parameters are carefully defined, it is possible to target a population according to a set of demographics, but such a transfer requires the collaboration and sampling of the population to work. AMSOC assisted with this part as well through our SOCSOV genetics program. This has never been attempted before on a large scale, and we don't know if it will work, but theoretically we would arrive in another multiverse similar to our own, potentially even with the same physical assets, but there may be, on the cosmic scale, very tiny physics differences which define universes in the same way as DNA defines people. "According to the BMGS theory, like with human genes, multiverses operate on a kinship principle, and we should arrive at a sister universe that is very similar if not identical, since this option presents the most stable route and the least amount of intra-universal resistance." There was less than an hour before the Imperialists would come (OOC: LOLKICKED), and he had a decision to make: suffer under the boot of the US, Japanese and Tikalese occupiers and probably be genocided, or risk his entire people in a "jump" to another multiverse. First, for his friends around the world. He composed a transmission that would be broadcast from the Lualualei Radio Towers, and composed the following: ------------------------------------------------------------ TO: MULTIPLE ADDRESSES FROM: EZEKIEL.KUKAHIKO@HIPACOM.MIL CLASSIFICATION: SECRET//REL CAVEATS: NONE SUBJECT: BMGS (attachment) The Biological Multiuniverse Genome System (BMGS) is being activated. In a short while every member of Hawaii SOCSOV and HIPACOM within the defined genetic parameters will transfer to another multiverse, most likely a fresh multiverse. The transfer is taking place via a ground base in coordination with an experimental old AMSOC nuclear satellite in very high orbit. It will appear as if a rapture has taken place right before doomsday begins. Please read the attachment and decide whether you are interested in participating. It is as if the massive network of islands has become completely depopulated, and the Imperialists were denied their chance to enslave a free people at the last minute. However, it has been reported that Pearl Harbor was first completely crippled as a facility, with all naval infrastructure completely destroyed and the area seeded by plutonium. bones wizard Posted June 15, 2014 Report Share Posted June 15, 2014 (edited) PART I: The First and Second Fleets (5 Carrier Strike Groups and 3 Expeditionary Strike Groups) would depart from Naval Station San Diego and head for the Hawaiian islands. 15 B-2 Stealth Bombers would depart ahead of the naval force and destroy and radar, SAM, or ASW systems. 5 B-52 Stratofortress bombers would fly above to provide any additional firepower needed to secure a safe path for American and coalition forces to land on the Hawaiian shores. The 1st Marine Expeditionary Brigade would be airdropped across the islands providing a suppression force against any insurrection while the main fighting force was on its way. AWACS, Aerial Refuelers, and 36 F-22 fighters would patrol the Hawaiian airspace which was no closed to all unauthorized air traffic. 10 AC-130 Spectre would provide CAS for the marines on the ground. Honolulu International Airport would be the first major site secured to allow additional Air Force assets to arrive in Hawaii. All naval forces have been ordered to Pearl Harbor.
