Then the member who wants to join should you reside on the Limitless Nexus. If many members as an alliance want to have duel membership, that could happen. Someone should be aware of any policies which exist with their alliance depending on their position. Since any assistance from member nations is voluntary, they will never be asked to work against the interests of the alliance they are. Instead we would hope to have good relations with them as a result, where they could be like representatives/diplomats working for the gain of both alliances.
