We are open to trade and economic cooperation for all of our neighbors." We also invite the Ukrainian government to pick out an embassy in our capital and send along an ambassador. You will have to pardon our dust, however. Having just a few days ago been granted our independence, we are still in the process of renovating all the embassies and other government buildings. In accordance with the statement, security forces among merchantman ships would be beefed up in the case of attacks throughout the middle east straits while trading among other nations. Hungary and Slovakia are both small, defense-oriented nations. While we do recognize Ukraine's right to possess nuclear materials, we must express our concerns and urge your government to use them only for solely defensive purposes, and only when all other possible options have already been exhausted. We also strongly urge the Ukrainian government to sign a Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty, if it has not already done so. We will not use Nuclear Weaponry in Offensive or any purpose really unless there is no other option. This is for the best of humanity, not only us.
