Each Province has a Detachment made up of One Hundred Thousand Personnel and would be the Domestic Security Force which would back up the local Police Force. They are able to make arrests and have special powers to stop and search. They also have authorisation to shoot on sight if the situation demands it. They are armed with PC-9 ZOAF Pistols, Type 56-II Assault Rifles and if need be, RPG-7 Rocket Launchers. These soldiers are trained in marksmanship and first aid as they would be called up as reservists in times of war to replace losses.
