Their trials will be conducted within the month. In other news, the Wehrmacht has also handed over peacekeeping duties to military police, who are in the process of training local police departments to ensure compatibility with Alvonian law and regulations. With mining operations complete, the Wehrmacht is now in the process of constructing new radar stations, the purpose of which will be to monitor for approaching enemy aircraft. OTH radar systems will be used in this capacity. Due to concerns of rocket and artillery attack, especially on Vienna, ARTHUR and Giraffe AMB artillery-hunting radar systems will be used and will constantly be on at all times to prevent surprise artillery bombardments. Citizens in Vienna and other cities close to the Hungarian border are to be given access to an app that will warn them of incoming rockets and artillery to give them time to seek cover. In his first act as governor, Traversi has ordered all government documents be written in either Italian or German, and have provisions for each to be used as local officials determine best. This is to be enacted across all of Südtirol-Trentino. Codified laws have also been enacted, in conjunction with normal Alvonian law. A majority of soldiers with previous combat experience have been given Schwarze Korps training, raising their numbers to 29,060 total combat soldiers. A number of new Kriegsmarine recruits have also selected Marinestoßtruppregiment training, raising their numbers to 9,770. In addition to this, 50 new tanks have been allocated to the Marine-Panzer Battalion, which will have 20 Leopard 2A5 tanks and 30 Panzer VII tanks, which will be under command of the Kriegsmarine like the Marinestoßtruppregiment. The tanks have been delivered, with advance notice given to Yugoslavia, to the port in Koper where they will reside until called upon in a mission. Krupp released a statement today stating that they are excited to marry German engineering with Italian craftsmanship. Other companies like Jenoptik and Lauterbach have also expressed interest in opening locations in Südtirol-Trentino. When interviewed on the development, Governor Traversi stated his joy that new companies had decided to build in the area, calling it a "much-needed economic boom". Specific disasters to be handled by THW include nuclear events, pandemics, post-war recovery, natural disaster recovery, and other civil protection duties. Classified - Top Secret! Schlaich Bergermann & Partner, an Alvonian-owned civil engineering and construction firm, has taken the lead on rebuilding the area. All cities and towns have also been brought in with Alvonian law and regulations, and should have no problem moving between the new state and the rest of Alvonia. Official IDs have been issued and licenses are also being made. In addition to these efforts, a census is being conducted to determine the population of Südtirol-Trentino. The Wehrmacht has upgraded all electronics systems to use the new Schwarzer Panther encryption method. This code has been developed exclusively by Wehrmacht computer engineers and is assumed to be incredibly difficult to decrypt. In addition to this, several server farms hidden in the Austrian mountains and around Bayern have been tasked with intercepting and decrypting any relevant messages sent across Europe, especially ones coming from Eastern Bloc nations, the Cisalpina Republic, and Great Britain. Another system has been used to govern radio communications. All Wehrmacht personnel will now be required when speaking into radios, while discussing military movements and information, to speak in code to confuse and mislead the enemy. This code has been named Fallen Empires. Explosive ammunition is being produced for the specific use by snipers and marksmen. Server farms owned by the Wehrmacht have been extended to be located in Baden-Württemberg, the Czech states, and Südtirol-Trentino. These farms will be used specifically for decrypting information and sending it to BND and BfV agents for interpretation, translation, and archiving. Director Wilding has not stated what this "purge" will entail, but has guaranteed that all members of the APLC will be punished for their ultranationalism to the full extent of Alvonian law. Unknown to the world (unless they somehow had access to top-secret Wehrmacht and Alvonian government computer facilities), the APLC leadership and members would not be "purged", which commonly meant hunted down and killed. Instead, they would be given new names, identities, and stories that coincided with those living in former Alvonian Poland and the Alvonian Polish protectorate. The group would be reformed under the name Alvonian-Polish Familial Reunification Group, which would have a very specific and non-threatening mission statement to try to diplomatically and peacefully reunite Alvonian Poles with their families in the new Polish state and in other areas of Poland that had been lost to the Eastern Bloc. Classified Non Government-Affiliated Citizens of Królestwo na Wschodzie would attempt to communicate electronically to the members of the APLC and offer them "strategic ideas" of how to illegally immigrate to Królestwo na Wschodzie in order to re-unite and gain a path to citizenship. Loved ones and family especially concerned with their family's well beings would reach out via private means to attempt to get their families out at the notice of these purgings due to Ultra-Nationalism. They were well aware that The Kingdom did not punish due to political affiliation, yet would rightfully punish for being a part of a terrorist organization recognized by international means. News reached the Royal Hall of rumors of these citizens attempting contact with the groups in Alvonia. The Queen attempted to keep it hush hush until it "had" to be known publicly. The Royal Adviser of Citizenship Affairs was instructed by the Queen to allow these immigrants, if they passed over, a safe refuge in The Kingdom shall they sign a document renouncing any ties to APLC and any associates of the organization. This was kept on the extreme quiet end of The Kingdom's affairs and the Queen in a meeting with her advisers remarked "if caught, we will have to deny all of it. However those people are in need and being harshly treated due to ideology. I will do what I can to protect our citizens but as well offer refuge to those in need, even though the ideology is not ours or close to ours on the political spectrum." Citizens of Królestwo na Wschodzie began attaching instructions on how to view the messages with various VPNs in order to encrypt their data. Support websites for former APLC Members began popping up in the Kingdom, yet none had gotten much internet traffic. These websites teach the APLC members how to renounce their terrorist affiliation by The Kingdom's standards and live non-violently in The Kingdom illegally. The story would never make news in The Kingdom due to Government Demands of the Media. If/When the illegal immigrants would approach Polish borders, guards were instructed to quickly drag them across if no one non-affiliated with The Kingdom was around to see, and provide rides for the citizens back to the Government Immigration Agencies.
