"Welcome to a completely unofficial non meeting of the United General Assembly Subcommittee for General Subcommittee of Non Binding Generalized Observations. Today we're going to discuss the possibility of potential topics for perhaps discussing eventually. At some unspecified point we'll consider the possibility of maybe setting a tentative agenda. Minimally our subcommittee may eventually conduct not binding generalized observations by means of international officially unofficial dialogues." - Katakatuaq, Transitional Advisory Chairman

Bear Island's Nation of the Bear to United Nations ambassador Katakatuaq quickly realized how utterly irrelevant general activities of the General Assembly was. Spending entirety of every meeting (occasionally drinking and) playing Jenga. It was a job paying rather well for doing literally nothing. He scheming for taking his lack of efforts to another level entirely. Katakatuaq would get paid a bonus in forming a regularly active international subcommittee. Better still he could get paid a salary so long as the chairmanship was held. Thus he formed a subcommittee literally designed to accomplish nothing and so long as multiple nations bothered to show up this venture would be uneventful and profitable. With the wheels of fate now turning Katakatuaq's plan rolled into motion.

"As the UN General Assembly appears to be rather silent as of late, the Cape's representative would like to discuss the recent temporal shift that appears to have affected our planet, multiple nations have acknowledged the existence of nations seemingly existing where the current nations of Athens, American Commonwealth, and Tianxia currently exist."

"Yeah, on that. Bear Islands' Nation of the Bear doesn't recognize it happening. My nation's official explanation is a type of swamp type gas mixed with other unspecified stuff. This committee really isn't place to discuss it either. United Nations Security Council has no opinions concerning that currently. You're thinking a hypothetical united-nations-space-time-administration-bureau. United Nations General Assembly Subcommittee for General Subcommittee of Non Binding Generalized Observation lacks authority to discuss temporal or dimensional stuff. Unless the nations here mostly near unilaterally agree to carry on such conversation. . . really not happening"

"The creation of parallel alternative dimensional universes is a common occurrence!" exclaims award-winning Magellanic scientist Juan Juanson, of the University of Southern Patagonia. "The reason why people in some nations have been able to observe and interact with this parallel alternative dimensional universe is a simple localised anomalisation of a tear in the fabric of the seventh through twelfth dimensions."

The Uruguayan representative starts making punji stick traps in advance of what he suspects is going to be a stampede for the door. The day is starting to look up in terms of the hunting possibilities and just as soon as the triple dose of ex lax he took kicks in, the hunting is likely going to be fantastic.
