This aggression shall be met with retaliation against all members of that AA. We intend to declare wars during update and beyond. Yes this declaration is 5 hours before attacks. This gives their leadership more than enough time to discuss this issue with our leader Cowboy, Before someone says this is a huge down-declare please note we did not start the war, but are responding to it, and a 5 hour warning that we are coming after them.
