CNRP vote: Adding nukes to the Mil_Exchange thingamajig

The proposal is that nukes be allowed to be exchanged as follows:

 

1 Nuke =10 k soldiers = 500 tanks = 10kt of shipping = 5 squadrons

 

Maximum amount to be gained via exchange of nukes is thus: 25 nukes can turn into any one of the following; 250k soldiers, 12,500 tanks, 250 kt of shipping or 125 airplane squadrons (1500 planes).

I'm voting no, mainly on the consideration the warheads themselves aren't that costly, the cost is in the delivery systems (bombers subs missiles) which there is no prohibition on.

Voted no, because too much. 250k soldiers? And who has 12,500 tanks? So basically you get 2.5 Nimitzs--actually that doesn't seem like a whole lot. But 1500 planes, how about 125 total? Multipliers are way too high.
