The mayor has also decided to allow another university to be opened which will bring the total universities in Belfast to three. Mayor Bree has made the compulsory education to include 4 years of College so instead of K to 12, It is now K to 12+ Undergrad. Healthcare Reform Mayor Bree has also decided to make changes to the Healthcare of Belfast. He has introduced Universal Healthcare to Belfast. He has also stated that the City of Belfast will give grants to people who are considering opening up clinics but they will have to be willing to be interviewed. The mayor has also decided that the city will be willing to give scholarships to students that are interested in a medical carrier but they will have to fill out a form and also be willing to be interviewed Energy Reform Mayor Bree has said that under his term, More power lines will be opened in Belfast to keep up with the growing demand.He has also decided to try to get energy systems from other nations but wishes to make Belfast energy independent by the time that his term in office is done. The city has also purchased a JET650 for Governmental Use. The CIVH429's have been docked above the police station while The JET650 has been docked at Belfast Governmental Airport. Weather Conditions/ Snow Storm I Due to upcoming weather conditions, Mayor Bree has declared a early state of emergency. Travel advisories have also been put in place. Plow trucks have been prepared. The police forces, ambulances, and firetrucks have also been prepared. The Port of Belfast and Both Rail Stations have been shut. 2 helicopters both CIVH429s and manned with 4 men each, have been sent out to patrol the city. It is estimated that the City of Belfast is covered in up to 48 inches of snow. Hundreds of thousands in northern Ireland are out of power and trapped inside. The snow is covering a thick ice sheet in the roads so it is almost impossible to plow them. Reports from local hospitals are saying that injured patients that were traveling in ambulances to them have lost communication and are feared to be stranded somewhere. Hospitals are currently using back up generators however they are only going to last another 24 hours at best. Snow is still coming down but not as severely. Police and Air Force helicopters can be heard flying above buildings in the city looking for anyone hurt or stranded. More snow is expected tomorrow and citizens are asked to remain inside whatever building they are in. Emergency telephone lines have crashed due to the large number of calls from worried citizens. President Leonardo Kennedy has deployed the 1st Guard Regiment, Irish Republican Guard consisting of 3800 soldiers to the city to help with SAR, Med Evac, and law enforcement. The Naval Task Force 4 has been ordered to leave their home port while conditions are mild in order to ensure the ships and crews' safety. The task force will be moved to Naval Station Dublin for the time being. Irish Republican Guardsman helps a citizen evacuate his home. According to various weather stations, the temperature has risen to 45 degrees Fahrenheit. The mayor has therefore declared that plow trucks will start plowing the trucks and spreading salt from the front and the back. The roads around the hospitals will be the first to be cleared so that Army fuel trucks may deliver fuel. Army Helicopters along with one of the Belfast Helicopters will supply the hospitals with food,medicine, and clothing. The other city helicopter will continue patrolling the city. Electricity and Heat are still down but should be back up in a whiles, The mayor advises that you bundle up and wear heavy clothing. The mayor has also stated that the police force will now consist of 200 men instead of 150 due to new recruits. Snowfalls have stopped sooner than expected and temperatures have begun to rise. President Leonardo Kennedy has directed army HELO-60M and HELO-47F helicopters to assist local authorities deliver vital supplies to hospitals and regional supply stations. He has also deployed the 2nd and 3rd Regiments of the Irish Republican Guard. Minister of the Interior Mr. Alvin Patterson has stated that the National Emergency Management Agency will be coordinating all emergency operations in cooperation with local and provincial authorities. Access to food and clean water is the number one priority of the agency the minister said. The National Air Administration says that all airports around Belfast will remain closed for the time being. Minister of Infrastructures and Transports Mr. George Emerson also said that all ports will remain closed until power can be restored. Minister of Energy Madam Monica Kanney believes that power can be restored to hospitals, fire stations, and police stations within the next week. Power for the rest of the city and its suburbs will take up to two months. Mr. Davon Ammon, Provincial Governor of Ulster, has allocated an additional $500 million in emergency aid to the city. Prime Minister Thomas Whitman has asked Parliament to pass an emergency bill giving the City of Belfast additional funds to be used in the recovery stage of this massive snowstorm. Heat and Power has lucky been restored to hospitals and other emergency places along with government building so if needed go their for Heat and Power. It will take a while for electricity and heat to be restored to residential places and businesses sadly. The government is also considering buying a CIV412 helicopter for the fire-station but will wait till after this disaster. Due to their lack of competence during this disaster, the former Fire Chief and EMS Captain have been removed. The new Fire Chief is Leary Daly and the new EMS Captain is Agate Carran . Winds have caused extensive damage to the electricity network as a result of flying debris, fallen trees and broken poles. While the damage is concentrated mainly in the south and west of the city, there are customers without supply throughout the entire city. ESB believes that power can be restored later next week. Humanitarian Assistance The National Parliament passed an emergency bill allowing an additional $1.5 billion in aid to be allocated to the City of Belfast for continuing emergency operations and to help with reconstruction/recovery efforts. An additional $600 million has been allocated to the Province of Ulster to reimburse them for their contributions and to set up a homeowner grant program to help cover reconstruction costs. President Leonardo Kennedy has ordered the Naval Task Force 6 from Naval Station Coleraine to deploy 10mi. off the coast of Belfast and to send marines and supplies to regional supply stations. ROTO-22 aircraft will be used to ferry severely injured persons back to the Liberty-Class Landing Ship for advanced medical treatment since many hospitals are experiencing overcrowding. ESB Networks has been able to restore power to all residential, commercial, and emergency buildings. The Irish Republican Guard has been ordered by President Leonardo Kennedy to return to their barracks. Naval Task Force 6 has also been ordered back to Naval Station Coleraine. The 4th Expeditionary Strike Group has been permitted to return to home port and the National Air Administration has reopened all Belfast airports. Infrastructure has been damaged in the City of Belfast and will require time and money to rebuild. The city currently has an estimated $2 billion in emergency aid. It should also consider new energy resources and sustainability. Prime Minister Thomas Whitman is scheduled to visit Belfast after he returns from his state visit to Poland. The culprits are still at hand, the mayor has ordered a full city-lock down. The mayor and his cabinet have safely arrived at their homes. All emergency vehicles including the police CIVH429's and the newly bought fire CIVH412's have been sent out to look for the culprits. The mayor and the deputy mayor's family will in the mean time be taking the government aircraft, a JET650 and hiding in the hidden mayor bunker due to fear of another assassination attempt. The mayor has named deputy chief, Avery Nightingale as the new Chief of Police. The culprits have been caught and are being charged with assassination attempts which would mean a life sentence in prison.The CIVH429's and CIVH412's along with the Governmental JET650 will be sent back to Belfast Governmental Airport. The mayor has announced that his primary goals now are to heighten security in and around Belfast and finding renewable energy resources in event of another disastrous storm or natural event. All airports, railways, and ports have been destroyed along with the town hall. The deputy mayor and the cabinet have been dismissed and are currently taking the Governmental JET650 to Dublin. Belfast is over. This is the final report from "The Belfast Times" since the plane is apparently going to crash into this building before heading towards Nordbeorne Kongedomme. Soon after, radar contacts and visual ID's from the combat air patrol of F-35's identified the incoming signatures as the aircraft described by the Admiralty. All aircraft would be engaged by the F-35's and shot down. Any survivors would be rescued by the RAF helicopters based on the various warships and taken into custody after receiving any medical care required. He ordered the Naval 4th Expeditionary Strike Group and 1st Expeditionary Strike Group to position itself 10mi. off the coast of Belfast. President Kennedy has declared martial law in Belfast for the time being. The 1st Marine Expeditionary Brigade of 10,000 marines were to be deployed to the city along with the 1st Guard Regiment and 1st Ranger Battalion. A squadron of Su-34 would patrol over Belfast to enforce to no fly zone. Before the JET650 could crash into any building, the Medium Extended Air Defense System would launch SAMs to destroy it immediately. All other unauthorized aircraft attempting to leave Belfast would be shot down by the MEADS. A diplomatic message would be sent to the Nordbeorne Kongedomme.
