The Nuclear Disorder Charter

Preamble

We,the disordered members of The Nuclear Disorder, agree to follow this charter, nuke, and raid as much as possible. Defend our Allies and friends at all cost and to never stop nuking our enemies.

Article I: Membership

S1: Applying to The Disorder

All nations that want to join The Disorder must submit their application on our forums with the requested information.
Before applying you must reside under The Nuclear Disorder alliance affiliation. There are no exceptions to this rule.
No new offensive wars can be started once you have the TND AA and have submitted an application,even when you have not been yet approved.
All nations applying must be on the Maroon team or request an exception to this, due to current trade circles or personal excuse.

S2: Validating Your Application

Once the application is submitted,we will contact you if we have any questions.
Validation takes about 12-48 hours, depending on our government activity.
We may request you to join our IRC channel if we find necessary for you to answer our questions. No new wars may be started while you are been approved to the Alliance, only defensive wars may be fought.

S2: Full Membership

We will message you through CN after we have approved your membership request, and provide you full access to the forums.
To maintain membership, all articles and sections of this charter must be followed without exceptions.
Allowing members have the right to vote for the alliance government and for new proposed amendments.
The Supreme Commander or the government of The Nuclear Disorder reserves the right to revoke membership without an explanation given.
Nukes may be used on all approved wars, however a member may not declare war on anyone without the approval of the Supreme Commander or Government.
Only raids on unprotected targets can be made without approval of the Government.

Article II: The Government

These are the governing bodies of The Disorder. This does not explain each function of government members,

The Nuclear Disorder is ruled by 3 different bodies and the Supreme Commander

The Supreme Commander holds full authority of the alliance affairs, including foreign and military affairs, The top authority of the Alliance.
The SC serves the alliance as only leader until resignation and must appoint a new leader before departing.
In case the Supreme Commander does not appoint a new leader, The 3 Warlords become triumvirates until a new election take place.

S1: The Warlords

There are 3 Warlords, Warlord of Defense, Warlord of Internal Affairs, and the Warlord of Foreign Affairs.
Each Warlord have their realm of authority and they are the second highest positions in the Alliance.
Warlords are advisors to the SC and manage most of the Alliance issues.
The 3 warlords become a full triumvirate during the Supreme Commander absence or resignation.
Warlords may create any government position at their discretion.
No Warlord may declare war on any alliance without the approval of the SC.

S2: The Radioactive Party

The Radioactive Party consist of the basic government of The Disorder. Ministers,deputies,diplomats,among other positions form The Radioactive Party.
Members of The Radioactive Party are elected by Nukers.
They receive orders from the Warlords and the SC, but they may as well decide over certain issues related to their position within the alliance.
No Radioactive Party member may speak for the Alliance in public.

S3: Nukers

Nukers are all the other members of the alliance that do not hold a government position. They elect most of the government of The Disorder and vote for the Alliance future.
The Alliance military force,therefore are consider the most important part of our Alliance.

Article III: Policies

S1: Raids

The Nuclear Disorder approves raids under special circumstances.
Raids targets can not be protected by any alliance that has more than 100k NS or at least 10 members.
Raids effectuated on protected targets is not allowed, and raider must pay reps and issue and apology.
If you are raid while unprotected and then come under protection, we are not responsible for the damage suffered and the war must expire, no peace

S2: Use Your Nukes!!

Here on The Nuclear Disorder we treat nukes as bullets. During any war of any magnitude we will use our nukes without warnings. All approved wars gives the right to nuke, even when raiding.

S3: War

We take war as a party. If one of us is invited to that party,well join in even if not invited. So we warn everyone that war on one is war on all, Well be happy to fill those war slots

S4: ZI

The Disorder may ZI any unruly member within the Alliance or outside the Alliance. Fleeing to other Alliances will not drop your punishment and may in fact increase it.

Article IV: What else??

We may at any point in time make changes to this charter for any reason we desire.

Mutually Assured Disorder Protectorate Agreement

Article I:
The Dark Templar (DT) recognizes The Nuclear Disorder (TND) as an alliance with nuclear potential and vows to respect it's sovereignty. Both alliances recognize the need to keep open communication to maintain a strong and stable relationship, and agree to handle all issues through private channels. It is agreed that neither alliance will take military action or engage in espionage against the other, or assist an alliance hostile to the other, whether it be through military or financial aid.

Article II:
DT and TND recognize that economic support is mutually beneficial for both parties. Therefore, priority will be given to each other over non-allied entities. If either signatory engages in political or military conflicts, it is the duty of the other signatory to offer diplomatic support and both signatories agree to retain unity in all public discourse.

Article III:
DT gives its word to defend TND through any and all means available, whether militarily, politically, or economically in times of distress. TND is encouraged, but not required to come to the defense of The Dark Templar at any time while this pact is active. Both signatories have the option to go on an offensive campaign together but by no means is it mandatory to do so.

Article IV:
TND accepts DT's guidance and support, and agrees to have all treaties cleared by DT in order to ensure that any treaties are made in the best interests of both parties.

Article V:
Either DT or TND may terminate this pact following a period of no less than 48 hours following notification to the other party. Following this period, Article I will remain active for an additional 96 hours. Violations of the aforementioned agreement are grounds for immediate dissolution of this treaty without prior notice.
