I made sure to send out a warning message to let them know you're coming. But I would love to see your PR campaign of harassing our tech dealers continue. So brave. Also, considering I dealt with you guys 1-2 months ago regarding your nations that dealt tech to us being late, you would know that we prepay for tech to let people do infra jumps, and that we do 12/3 deals if people are consistent and on-time. Why not just send message and ask not to do anymore tech deals? Oh wait! That's because I didn't do any tech deals after the start of the war! This is simply to bully and punish me for being nice and liking the mushroom kingdom. They built me more than DRN and ROMA did, and TE doesn't like. If you actually go through and count it you'll find that he's 6 sets of cash short of market rate, which is the amount he asked us to bank for an infra jump. You do realize that even two of your nations have used our tech banking system (and both currently owe us significant tech), but I suppose competence and knowing what's going on in one's alliance aren't features that you possess. So I guess it's fine for TE to deal tech to MK when it suits then, but if other alliances do it they're going to harass them. I will literally give TE links to their guys and balance statements if they want to start attacking their own guys. MQ isn't doing tech deals, the nation being attacked only has/had deals going with Mushroom Kingdom nations, hence why this is an issue. TE is clearly targeting the non-warring MK instead of the warring MQ. To justify it they're slumping this guy in with an ex-MK ally who went to some random alliance to do stupid things and send out completely transparent war aid (while wearing the MK flag, after having disclosed that he came from former MK allies). Somehow that justifies them attacking any tech dealer who sold to us for more than a month. Even though TE themselves had two tech dealers in their alliance that sold to us for at least a couple of months. And it looks like out of the 15 or so people still sending MK aid, they picked this guy because he is in their own protectorate and can't do anything to defend himself. Edit: Londo and I were the last people to get tech from him, well before the war started, and I'm not actually in MQ in game. No matter how you look at it, this is TE hitting a third party for being a "sympathizer" who never actually gave any material aid to any enemy.
