As a result of said friendship we have decided to enter into an agreement with each other. I now present to you our Optional Defense and Optional Aggression Pact: Preamble The alliances of Christian Coalition of Countries (CCC) and Invicta hereby, with this optional defense and optional aggression pact, solidify our relations with each other. Article I - Non Aggression The undersigned signatories agree to remain peaceful and tactful towards each other. Should this article be violated in any way, both signatories agree to seek a diplomatic resolution. Article II - Intelligence If either signatory receives intelligence that is pertinent to the other signatory’s well-being, the signatory receiving the intelligence agrees to immediately tell the other. Article III - Optional Defense Should either signatory have war declared by a third party on them, the other signatory reserves the right to come to the aid of the other, though this right is optional. Aid may be in the form of monetary or military assistance. Article IV - Optional Aggression If either signatory wishes to declare war on a 3rd party, the other signatory reserves the right to declare war on the 3rd party as well, citing this treaty as a casus belli. Article V - Cancellation Sometimes things don’t always work out. Should a signatory wish to cancel the agreement, they must give a 72 hour notice.
