Nope, I literally mean they're gonna look like non-moving garbage from a garbage truck, until you can account for the inactive nations that are not part of the war. Otherwise they will continue to just look like you're just tallying the total number of people in an alliance, versus those who actually make impacts on the outcomes/NS.
