I was then privy to information, as a member of TOP, about peace negotiations against Polaris on the IRON/TOP-NpO front. In Dave, the same occurred, me being repeatedly brought up to speed on peace negotiations with Sparta, being a Heptagon Alderman. During the Dave War, Sparta moved their upper tier into peace mode before the conflict began, and refused to remove it, to the point where we made it a term for them to achieve peace. Had we not done so, they wouldn't have dreamed of getting their upper tiers out of peace mode. You can ask anyone who was there. That's not what is happening here, its not what you and your buddies are saying it is, and it certainly doesn't warrant the reaction you are giving it. Your comment is remarkably appropriate for this thread, because it fits the definition of propaganda so well: "[i]information, ideas, or rumors [color=#333333]deliberately[/color] spread widely to help or [color=#333333]harm[/color] [color=#333333]a[/color] [color=#333333]person,[/color] group, movement, institution, nation, etc"[/i] Wally, you're a good guy, but get your head out of your ass and stop towing the party line. The same could be said for Sparta. Under both circumstances a strategy was/is being implemented. Repeatedly calling it different doesn't make it true.
