I am not aware if a member of Hellas who is a multi in two alliances who has infiltrated both of them would not be considered a spy for being in a private channel, even if it has no password. Which TPC has agreed was reprehensible and worthy of condemnation. Of course, since the join/part (to check if the channel was protected, I think) was all he did under his assumed name, it's really not that big an issue.
