JEDCJT
The Foreign Ministry would duly submit a memo to the Colombian Foreign Ministry containing the list of civilian and military personnel that would be participating in the operation. The Ministry would also notify the Colombian government that the Greenlandic humanitarian relief shipments would be made via sea and air. Several cargo ships were loaded with all kinds of food, medical supplies, radiation cleanup equipment, and makeshift equipment in Miami and Fort Lauderdale, and afterwards began to sail out of the two aforementioned cities. They made their way southwards toward Barcelona and Puerto La Cruz. At around the same time, ten Radiological Emergency Response Teams were mobilized in Florida and were dispatched to Colombia in upgraded C-17 Globemaster III transport aircrafts, along with their equipment and supplies. Once they arrived at their destinations in El Tigre and Cuidad Bolivar, the Greenlanders would proceed on to the affected areas to do their work, cooperating with their Colombian and American Commonwealth counterparts in the decontamination process. Voodoo Nova
"The Republic of Greater Colombia will accept Mexico's offer to provide assistance in radiation clean up in Eastern Venezuelan, if you are able to deploy via airlift, it would be best to deploy via the international airport at Ciudad Bolivar. This will allow for your forces to rally outside of the contamination zone, before joining our own special response forces inside the zone. Currently, the displacement of citizens in the effected areas is reaching above two million currently, and the situation is reaching a critical point with refugee camps overflowing and the sheer size of displacement exhausting primary crisis supplies. Although we thank the Imperial Commonwealth of Umbrella for their offer to send special response services, we believe that your forces are better used to see to your own people right now. We would also rather avoid an international incident, with frustrations running high amongst displaced citizenry towards your nation right now."
Radiation clean-up crews would airlift to the designated locations. The two teams of 30 would make their way to the locations. Non-profit humanitarians would request access to refugee camps to begin administering medication, build housing and other needs to help ease the situation ongoing in Eastern Venezuela. Mexican construction companies would donate supplies to help the supply shortage. Food and beverage companies would ship non-perishable foods and water to the region as well.
