EDIT: Oh, the war. 24 + 58 - 5 that aren't on the all alliance display = 77 total.

All Alliance Display = 130 - 3 applicant AAs - 1 for the dual Wombat AAs - 1 for NV = 125. About 62%.

I count 82 alliances in the war, 130 in the alliances display.

14,680,267 for GPA
11,826,156 for WTF
5,920,304 for TDO

get 32,426,727 for the 'neutrals' and you have a max of 395,790,087 total NS. meaning we have ~75% of all the fighting NS at war right now.

Probably not, but there wasn't that kind of available data back in GW1 and earlier so there's no way to know.

Remember when it used to require 300 members and the top 12 were all sanctioned? If the 26th ranked alliance gets sanctioned I'm going to laugh my ass off.

Yeah, in percentage terms, my guess would be that the First Great War far surpassed any other conflict in terms of alliances and nation strength involved (albeit some alliances' involvement was short-lived). There were very few alliances untouched by that war.
