Also, TOP's losing less NS now cause they don't have a lot left to lose. So the outnumbered side would be doing more damage per nation. It's how the war system is set up when you use nukes as the majority of your damage. Given our nations in constant anarchy, we can't declare offensive wars. so the potential drops to 3 nations. Add to that that the other side doesn't seem to send more than one or 2 nations on ours. tl;dr: it is not 6vs1, probably not even 3vs1.
