Mada Vopahsolog
What would happen if an alliance (of say 25 players) changed their alliance name to another alliance of about 50-100 players, and all out attacked one of the top alliances? Would the top alliance most likely blindly attack any player with alliance affiliation? Or only concentrate on those that are actually fighting? Has this ever happened before? Avakael
IDK, but if we don't know the answer within a week I'm going to be rather disappointed with MK/NG/TOP.
xoindotnler
Joining the AA of you enemy and then pretending that you are gov is more common.
ok so my account prevented me from posting quite a bit and resulted in the "wtf" post above. I meant to say that it is quite easy to filter out nations by alliance seniority, so unless the innocent alliance randomly all switches their AA's away/back to their AA this should not be too much of a problem. Instr
No, because any reasonable alliance will make an effort to reach out to the enemy government beforehand and try to clarify things. This may become a useful Casus Belli, however, if the counterparty is looking for an excuse to declare war, but it would provide a PR fallout due to the bad declaration reason. If the alliance trying to instigate this war gets caught out, it will likely get trapped and attacked by both sides until the opposing forces are satisfied or have gotten a sufficient offer of reps. Ironfist
If a bunch of people suddenly showed up on an AA and attacked, the victim of this attack would do two things: 1. Find out why they're getting attacked (they'd treat it as a rogue) 2. Realise they're all only 1 or 2 days seniority, and attack THOSE guys Any competent alliance will keep track of their alliance list, too, as well as any wars that show up on their AA. It's a pretty big tip off when a bunch of people inflate your numbers. They'd then go to whoever is getting attacked and tell them what's going on. We're assuming competence though; that means in this day and age !@#$@#$ anything could happen.
